1. Delivery countries

Agora Fashion sends orders to 100+ countries around the world - all EU countries, UK, Switzerland, USA, Canada, UAE, as well as most other destinations.

Restrictions

Restrictions apply only to areas where DHL/GLS couriers are legally prohibited from delivering (war zones, etc.).

For Switzerland and the United Kingdom, import VAT and customs duties are paid by the recipient (see table below).

Documents at the border

Every international parcel is accompanied by a commercial invoice; at the customer's request, the store sends an electronic copy of the invoice to avoid delays at customs.

2. Tariffs

- The exact rate is calculated automatically in the shopping basket based on the weight and country of the recipient.
- If you have several product groups in your shopping cart, the rate is calculated once for the most expensive direction.

3. Delivery times

Dispatch from the warehouse - up to 2 working days.

* The cost of the express service is calculated online at the stage of payment (in extreme cases, it can be up to 400 €).

4. Delivery services

BRT (Italy), GLS (Europe and the world), DHL Express (globally). We choose the company by speed and tariff for a specific country.
Pickup from Rimini («Withdrawal on site») - by prior arrangement.

5. Tracking

Tracking number is generated after shipment and sent by email; it is duplicated in My Account for registered customers.
The status can be checked directly on the courier's website (GLS/DHL) (click the link to see the route on the carrier's website).
The personal account is still under development, but we promptly respond in WhatsApp/Telegram.

6. Customs payments

For non-EU countries or commercial orders, customs duty and VAT are not included in the price of the goods.
They are paid by the buyer upon import (DAP-Incoterms) directly to the courier service upon delivery.
The store does not make a preliminary calculation, but the invoice contains all the codes (HS Code, value) so that you can find out the rate at your customs office.
