14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel

The item is unused, odourless, in its original packaging, with all seals and tags intact. Only factory defects or erroneous shipment will be accepted.

If the product simply does not fit, the customer pays for the return shipping. The exception is a manufacturing defect or incorrectly sent goods - in this case, the store will bear the cost

Exchange is possible only for an identical product (same article) in case of a manufacturing defect; the store will bear the cost of shipping. Otherwise, to change the size or colour, you need to place a new order after returning the item.

1) Write to agorafash@gmail.com or WhatsApp, which is listed on the website.
2) You will receive a confirmation letter ‘return accepted’ and the warehouse address.
3) Put a copy of the invoice and the completed return form (we send a PDF), the original invoice and the confirmation letter in the box.
4) The courier picks up the parcel on the agreed day, or send it by hand to the address: Via Coriano 58, Blocco 23G, AgoraFashion, Rimini, Italy, 47924.
5) Tell us the track number.

After receiving the warehouse, the money is credited using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. The term of crediting depends on the payment system: the bank/PayPal usually processes in 3-14 days after the warehouse has confirmed the condition of the goods.

Items with signs of wear/washing, damaged, unpacked or returned later than 14 days.
Opened/unpacked sheets, pillowcases and other intimate textiles (for hygienic reasons).
