Return Policy at "Agora Fashion"
We strive to provide you with the highest level of service and impeccable quality of goods from iconic Italian brands BLUMARINE, ROBERTO CAVALLI, TRUSSARDI and others. If for any reason your item does not meet your expectations, you can make a return in accordance with our terms.
1. Deadline for return
We strive to provide you with impeccable service and confidence in your purchase. If for any reason the purchased product did not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order.
2. Return conditions
- Returns are accepted only if the product has not been used, has retained its original condition, all original tags and packaging.
- Please ensure that proof of purchase (invoice or bill of lading) is included with the return.
- Products that have signs of use, damage, changes in design or configuration cannot be accepted for return.
*Returns are not subject to:
- Products of the "Final Sale" category.
- Textiles and home decor that have been used.
- Cosmetics and perfumes, opened after delivery.
3. Special and personalized orders
- Items that are custom made or personalized (eg with initials, custom size or color) are non-refundable.
- If there is a suspicion of a manufacturing defect in such an item, please contact us for an individual solution to the situation.
4. Refund or exchange
- After the goods arrive at the "Agora Fashion" warehouse and undergo quality control, we will return the funds to the original payment method or, at your request, provide a credit (Gift Card) for the purchase of another item from our assortment.
- Refunds are usually made within 7-10 business days (depending on the payment method selected). In the case of an exchange, we will send a new item after the return has been successfully received and inspected.
5. Damaged or defective goods
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We guarantee a full replacement or refund, and cover the cost of return shipping if a manufacturing defect or error on our part has been confirmed.

7. Return shipping cost
- If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a non-conformity with the order, a damaged or defective product), we will bear the cost of reshipping.
- In other cases, the return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
8. Notice regarding repeated returns
Agora Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns to customers who have an excessive or suspicious return history, or if an item is consistently returned with signs of use or damage not related to a manufacturing defect.
