Igor once rebuilt an entire e-commerce website overnight — after a crash hours before launch — while calmly sipping tea and listening to jazz.

Before Agora, Ivan launched several successful ventures in e-commerce, education, and the food industry. He’s the founder of Sintegrum, a business systemization platform, and Steyky Karpat, a D2C meat brand focused on clean eating.
